Records. Clinics, 1908-1973.

Correspondence, advertisements, articles and clippings, promotional and supplementary materials concerning clinics, health institutes, medical institutes and the like. There are four folders on clinics in general, four on health institutes in general, and one on medical institutes; the balance are on individual quacks or quackish clinics. Some traveled from town to town, others were based in a specific location, while others did both. Some of the more significant files are those on Nathan A. Hughes, Talbert Hughes, and the United Doctors. The file on Brusch Medical Center has some material on the fluoridation issue.
